Team Edit

First, save the model file to the shared directory (LAN shared server directory or synchronization tools such as Jinshan flash disk and Baidu cloud synchronization disk). After the command is executed, the & quote; file name ﹐ components & quote; data directory will be created at the location of the model file. Team members can edit the component files according to their own work, and the editing results will be synchronized automatically and instantly.
You need to organize your model master file through components reasonably, and create partitions as components (rather than groups).
Each time you save the file, the changes are automatically synchronized to other team members and loaded.
When opening a component model file, if the background color is orange, it means that other users are editing the associated file of the model. If the background color is red, it means that the associated file of the model has submitted changes that have not been loaded. Just save the file, and these changes will be loaded automatically.
You can also manually export specific components to a specific location for editing through the right-click menu "save as collaboration component...".
