Parameter subdivision adopts Catmull Clark algorithm to optimize the four sides automatically. In this algorithm, each four sides is subdivided into four new four sides, each triangle is subdivided into three new four sides, and other polygons are subdivided after triangulation.
You can use the four sided tool (http://www.suapp.me/plugin/71) to create and edit the model more freely and accurately, and then use this tool to subdivide and crease.
